Dana was incredibly responsive, reliable, honest, and professional. He was very reasonably priced, and even came out to my house twice without charging me for the first visit when he realized that the conditions weren’t good on their first trip out. He was fantastic — really cared about coming on a day when conditions were better so as to not jeopardize doing more harm than good. Dana comes across as very hard-working and earnest.
